Mae88 Esports – Malaysia's Top Esports Betting Platform Covering MLBB, DOTA2 & CS2

E-Sports & Mae88 — The Perfect Match for Today's Generation of Malaysian Players

In just a few years, esports has evolved from a casual pastime into a multi-billion MYR industry watched by millions of fans worldwide — and Malaysia is one of the most active players in this ecosystem. Packed stadiums at MPL Malaysia Finals, a thriving MLBB community across every corner of the country, and Malaysian representatives competing on the world stage in DOTA2 and CS2 — all of this is clear proof of just how seriously esports has taken root in Malaysian life today.

Mae88 understands all of this and has built an esports betting platform that is genuinely designed for Malaysian players — not a generic international platform translated into another language. At mae88, you can bet on the local MLBB teams you support, follow odds in real time as matches play out, and enjoy the full experience in a way that feels natural and familiar.

What sets mae88 apart in the esports space is the depth of our coverage. We don't just offer match winner bets — we provide dozens of unique prop bet types for each esports title, from First Blood and First Tower in MLBB to round totals in CS2 and map winners in Valorant. This is the level that serious esports bettors in Malaysia are looking for.

MLBB MPL Malaysia — Why It's the Flagship Betting Market at Mae88

Mobile Legends Bang Bang (MLBB) is the most widely played esports title in Malaysia — and MPL Malaysia is the league that draws the most attention from the local player community. Every MPL Malaysia season brings drama, upsets, and iconic moments that keep Malaysian esports fans talking for weeks.

Mae88 provides full coverage of MPL Malaysia from the opening match through to the Grand Final — including all group stage matches, playoffs, and the dramatic moments that unfold on the Grand Final stage. Teams like ONIC Esports Malaysia, RRQ Hoshi, RSG Malaysia, Geek Fam, and Todak are familiar names to mae88 players and remain active betting choices throughout every match week.

What makes MLBB betting on mae88 so compelling is the sheer range of bet types available. Beyond betting on the match winner or set winner, you can bet on First Blood — which team scores the first kill in a game, First Tower — which team destroys the first tower, the total Over/Under kill count in a game, and many more options that reward your in-depth knowledge of the game. Players who follow MLBB seriously will find that these betting options give them a real edge over those who simply bet at random.

Beyond MPL Malaysia, mae88 also covers the MSC (MLBB Southeast Asia Championship), where the best teams from across Southeast Asia compete, and the M-Series World Championship, which brings together the top teams in the world. When Malaysian teams take the stage at these international events, betting traffic on mae88 rises noticeably — as many Malaysian players want to back their national teams directly through the mae88 platform.

DOTA2, CS2 & Valorant — PC Esports at Mae88 for the More Serious Bettor

Beyond MLBB, which dominates the mobile market in Malaysia, mae88 also has an active community around PC-based e-sports — particularly DOTA2, CS2 and Valorant. All three titles have a loyal following among more experienced Malaysian players, who typically have a deeper understanding of the teams and players they support.

DOTA2 The International is one of the most heavily bet esports tournaments on mae88 every year. With a prize pool reaching hundreds of millions of MYR, the world's best teams, and unpredictable match drama, The International is a true celebration of esports. Mae88 provides coverage from the group stage all the way to the Grand Final, with dozens of betting markets available for every match.

For CS2, Mae88 follows the Major Championship calendar held twice a year — where elite teams from around the world compete for the Major title and a substantial prize pool. In addition, ESL Pro League, BLAST Premier, and major invitational tournaments are also available for betting. CS2 betting markets at mae88 are extensive — covering map winner, match winner, total rounds Over/Under, round handicap, and the team to win the first round of each map. It's a level of depth that serious CS2 fans truly appreciate.

Valorant has been the fastest-growing title in Malaysia's esports ecosystem over the past few years. The Valorant Champions Tour APAC brings together top teams from across the Asia-Pacific region, including Malaysia, Singapore, Korea, Japan, and the Philippines. Mae88 offers in-play betting on every map and every match in VCT APAC — letting players take advantage of momentum shifts as they unfold in real time.
